00:00 So, RNM Dynamics is a sales and service company that caters, first caters the products at semiconductor companies
00:09 and then later on, we transferred to different industry like malls, hospital, LGU,
00:18 is embodied on our mission, but basically, RNM started to really cater with semiconductor industry.
00:25 It started when I was working in one of the semiconductor companies, or in Amkor,
00:31 where I see there is a lot of things that we can do better if I would be a supplier.
00:37 Actually, RNM is a company where friends, families, group together to form a company
00:45 that will really support service and sales to different companies.
00:50 And it's also designed to build up lasting relationship with customers and employees.
00:58 Our mission is to tie up to different bigger industries, but in reality,
01:04 our mission is really to make our people grow.
01:07 It's such a way that they should not go far beyond this country,
01:11 but they will have a better future if they work with us.
01:14 and so far after 20 years I see a lot of people who works in RNM really had a better future in life
01:23 than just going abroad and I think RNM so far after 20 years have proven capabilities to produce people
01:32 that could bring joy to their family through financial matters and joy and happiness in life.
01:39 I think the most significant accomplishment of RNM is to employ people who are very good
01:44 And to have a lot of friends in the industry who help us build a better environment and a better society.

02:31 Twenty years after, we have to revisit the company's strategies and plans, our goals,
02:37 because times are changing, the demand of the customers are continuously evolving.
02:43 And so we have to look for other products, other business that we can expand on
02:50 so that we can continue to sustain and further continue the expansion of our business.
02:57 And also we're into software development, integration that is gearing towards Industry 4.0.
03:06 And we continue to explore what other opportunities we have based on what our customers are asking and requiring us right now.
03:26 The challenges that we have for the first few years of operation is actually first is financial.
03:33 You know, when you're starting the company, normally you don't have this big financial support.
03:40 So basically, [In Filipino] Ferdie and I paid for it all out of our own pockets.
03:44 And second is actually getting the right people to help us,
03:48 you know, make this company bigger.
03:51 Third is actually getting the right principal
03:53 for us to be with us on this journey.
03:57 So, this challenge is exactly the thing that we need to conquer during that time.
04:06 And actually, [In Filipino] that was the hardest part,
04:08 because [In Filipino] they all happened at the same time.
04:09 So, and one more big thing that we're looking at...
04:15 the vision that we're eyeing, the vision that we're eyeing is quite big.

04:21 We really think about big things to do.
04:24 You know, we're even thinking to be bigger company where we came from.
04:31 So, [In Filipino] those were our challenges.
04:33 So, [In Filipino] Ferdie and I, [In English] we challenge ourselves.
04:36 The key factor is actually people.
04:39 I think in this field of business, people is the most important part of...
04:47 Actually it's not even the product, it's actually the people.
04:50 The people who run the company, the people who will work with the company.
04:53 The people will continue the vision and the goal that the company would like to achieve.
05:01 So for us, people is really the key.
05:04 And people will be the one to help us achieve our goals and even improving our goals or even achieving more than the goals that we would like to do.
05:15 So these people, you people are the key factors why we are able to achieve all of these things.

05:26 As an operation manager, my priorities include strengthening relationship, customer and business partner.
05:43 We will do products horizontal and vertical expansion.
05:48 In doing so, we will develop new sets of leaders.
05:54 Lastly, expansion of business products in overseas markets.

06:10 to describe RNM means family. Quarter of my life belongs to RNM and I am seeing myself

06:22 For the next five years, our branch will be planning to expand in priority areas such as Ilo-Ilo, which is located in western Visayas of the Philippines.
06:33 This city posted last year 2021 the highest per capita GDP among the eight economies in western Visayas.
06:40 We're also planning to expand in Bohol, which is industry registered growth last 2021, all posted positive.
06:48 And lastly in Davao, which is the first class highly urbanized city in Davao region.
06:54 With our effort, dedication and with the help of RNM family, I know we can do this.
